I'm Conner Heider. One person, many rooms: the shop floor, the server room, the sales floor, the product room, my garage. I've worked in all of them, and the best fixes come from knowing how the rooms connect.
Today I lead product for AI agents at Epicor. On my own time, I build AI apps.

I run product for Prism Agent Foundry, Epicor's platform for building AI agents on top of ERP. In plain terms: it lets the people running a factory or a warehouse ask their business systems questions in plain English and get answers they can act on.
I own the roadmap and launches, run our early customer programs, and take it to market, starting with manufacturing and distribution.

I show up early
When I travel to visit customers and prospects, I get there the day before to walk around and get a feel for who they are and where folks are from. I like to sink into places and people.
Staying grounded in the work, and where it takes place, builds better relationships and better outcomes. My camera usually comes along.
